something really weird happened!!!

my site was in first page on Live for "free games" so i got loads of traffic, then suddenly one day, my site was removed from live? really weird, can anyone suggest anything......

 

Get more links. Kick rocks. Who knows. Its really hard to answer that type of question without doing an analysis of your site, what type of links schemes you've done or other on-page optimization that could have hindered your rankings.

 

MSN isn't really hard to rank in the top ten, but those results don't usually hold long. You should be working on rankings in Google or Yahoo!, I never even check my status is live anymore.

 

i believe msn are producing different result to find the one that will bring good response from surfers. so they are tracking this. it happen to my lose weight site for one month on September but not for global search just for australia search. no 3 for keyword phrase "lose weight fast" even my site has 0 PR. hopefully will be up there again someday.

Did you have to much adsense ads on the site?

 

i don't know how much is too much, but i did have ads on almost all pages, but it wasn't like spammed with ads

 

Just asking because I have a site that made good in that search and the site is gone from their index now. Some MS guy suggested I had to much ads.

 

Ya, I'm sure google is going to penalize people with adsense ads

yes we are i had a feeling that ads can get the rankings down...but my site is really big, and all pages are in html, so its really hard to remove the ads..lol

 

The page ranking is always changing.. it happen to me with a keyword ("y!amp")
Right now i'm on 7'th positiion the google of my location (Romania) even though last week it was on the 4th page of the results and again on the 7th place a week before that.
It's kinda' weird the way google aranges results..

ads wont affect your MSN rankings.. as far as i knw..
i think probably you might be building some unrelated links and MSN dint like it.. lol..

No, its easy. Get a program that can "change all" when typing a spesific code.
