Google = Unauthorized Sites showing my ads?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by Windows-Update-Advisor, Oct 24, 2007.

    My Question:

Just enabled Allowed Sites on my adsense account and today I got a message saying:

There are unauthorized sites that have displayed ads using your AdSense publisher ID within the last week. Please click here to view them.

    64.233.179.104
    72.14.209.104

Both IP points to Google.com (got it via tracert)

    Tracing route to hs-in-f104.google.com [64.233.179.104]
    Tracing route to bf-in-f104.google.com [72.14.209.104]

So should I include Google.com in my allow list?

    Thanks.

Any one else seeing Google IPs in their Unauthorized Sites list?

Guess I'll have to send Adsense team a mail to clarify then...:p

I think Google has stolen your code and now tries to clickbomb you. So they can keep your AdSense money.

    Hahahaha :D good one :D

It must have been some kind of bug or a real error. Google is messing up with AdSense a lot this month, and they might've done something they shouldn't have.

    its under authorized sites.

Basically the ips are google cashes (you know, view cached from google serp) which are "unauthorized"

    adding google.com wont help.

just add google. com in your allow sites. thats mean, you can still earn money, when poeple viewing your site using google cache.

hmm..., i wonder, if some one view our sites using webproxy. we cant earn if someone click the adsense. is it true?
