How much do they take out?

Can someone tell me the percentage that google takes from the clicks.
Like lets say I bid $10 a click, and my ad appears on a publishers site, and someone clicks on it, how much would the publisher get from the $10?

 

I don't think they reveal the actual percentage.

 

Some estimate 70-80% goes to the publisher... But this is just an opinion.

I would tend to agree... since G seems to pay out far more than most ad networks that claim to pay 50%... etc

 

So pretty much if I'm paying $10 for the click, then the publisher is getting $7 as a good estimate?

Yea, i think around 70% goes to the publisher. The thing is no one pays $10/click for the publisher network, just for adsense on Google search results.

I'm not sure. I think it's around 75%
