Someone has offered me $30 for putting a permanent link on the homepage of my PR 1 healh website: www.fitnessfanatic.org

Somehow, I feel this is a low price...

So I'd like to know your opinions wheteher I should accept the offer or not?

If you were to build up the page rank enough, you could get that per month.

If you're planning on keeping the site and developing it, I would offer to sell them the link for $30 for 1 year. That way if your PR goes up, you can raise your rates. I think $30 for the year would be fair.

I quite agree with you...its the permanent thing thats bothersome! I'd be hapier with $30 per year, so I guess I'l shoot off an email rite now!

I agree with the $30/year. I wouldn't sell a permanent link on a homepage anyway, just on an article page.

Plus, most "permanent" links don't even last a year...
