    Description:

I am selling my complete eBay business (http://myworld.ebay.com/established_ebusiness) due to the fact that I do not have time to operate it. The business has made a total of $41,238.84 in less than six month’s time. That figure could be much larger if I had the time to create more sites and listings. Recently, I have not listed very many sites and I do not have any currently listed. However, there is still a huge demand from past customers and potential customers wanting more sites. I get frequent emails and eBay messages asking to list a site or if I would create a site for a certain topic, but it is not cost effective for me to spend the time creating and listing sites. Plus, there are always new people coming to eBay looking for a website.

There are a few different business plans that I have tried with selling these sites, and I will go into more detail with the new owner of this business as to which works the best, but the same principle has applied to each of them. That is to sell a website and offer full support to those that sign up for a hosting plan through your affiliate link. Surprisingly, over 80% of my customers have opted to purchase a hosting plan to get the full support.

The websites are very easy to install and create, but a majority of the customers are new to being a webmaster, so they do not have a clue on what to do. These sites along with a little support allow them to learn how to make some extra money from the internet. If you enjoy helping people, the business can be very rewarding. I have received several emails from customers thanking me for my help and following through with the support that I promise in the listing. Some customers have said that they never get any support from other eBay members selling sites, even if they had promised it. Good customer support has helped get a lot of repeat business and many customers have told me that they would tell their friends about my websites. So you are getting a very reputable business. You can click on the URL at the top to look at some of my feedback. I’ve received one negative feedback only because I tried contacting a buyer several times to transfer the site, but they never responded and left negative feedback.

I am including 376 domains for you to sell. They are a free push to your GoDaddy account. I have averaged around $116 per site sold, so you could make $43,616 from selling all of the domains. Here is a list of them:

There are 90 different sites that I have been selling. You will receive the site files and listings for each. I also have a list of over 450 topics that I had planned on making sites with, but I have not had time. I will give you this list and I can teach you how to make new sites. It is not very difficult to learn, but anyone buying this business should know a few basics about uploading a website and some basic html. I will offer support for one month to the new owner to teach them how to run the business and give them advice on what to do to make more than what I was. It is simply how much time you want to invest. The more time you invest, the more you will make. If the site is purchased at the buy it now price, I will provide support until you have earned back your money.

If you currently have a full time 9-5 job and are looking for a business to start on your own, this would be a perfect solution if you wanted to work on this business in the evenings until you were comfortable quitting your job and working full time. When I was spending time on this business, I would work anywhere from 2-4 hours per day. It would depend on the amount of emails I received and how many sites I had set as a goal to create and list for the day.

If someone wanted to treat this as a full time job, it would not be difficult to double my earnings. Not to mention, I achieved these sales in the 6 months of the summer for the U.S. and typically the winter months are more profitable for internet businesses.

Support consists of setting up the customer’s site and then answering any questions that they have through email. I have a .pdf document that every customer is linked to download after they have paid for the auction. It details every step of the transfer, including a link to another .pdf document for marketing the site and SEO. It is 44 pages long and provides plenty of information for them to be successful with their site. I will give these documents to the new owner as well.

I have earned over $41,000 in gross income over the last six months, and you can follow the link below to view more details on the income and expense of the business. You will notice that I have sold several sites outside of eBay. This is from people sending a message through eBay asking to buy a site or sites. I simply reply with a price and my PayPal address. This is nice because there are no eBay fees.

    You will get:

    376 domains
    90 website designs
    90 auction listings
    450+ ideas for future ideas
1 month or more of support (depending on purchase price)
    Transfer instructions document
    SEO and marketing document
Password and full control of my eBay account

    Payment:

Full payment must be made within 7 days of the auction ending. I will accept Escrow, PayPal, Western Union, Money Order, or Electronic Bank Transfer. The buyer will have to pay all fees. I will not begin transferring the business until the full payment has been cleared. Except, if you are using Escrow. However, if you are using Escrow, I will only transfer the domains initially and all electronic items will be delivered after payment has cleared. Escrow.com is perfect for transferring domains or physical items, but not for websites. I sold a website a year ago and the transfer was through Escrow. I transferred the domain and emailed all of the site files and marketing information. Then, the buyer rejected the merchandise, which they have a right to do, and they returned the domain. However, returning the electronic items is a waste since they can make a copy of it. I got the domain back, but they received a copy of my site and all of the marketing information for free. The electronic items for this business are the most important aspect, so I will not risk giving them away for free.

Note to anyone looking at the success of this business and trying to copy it. I will be looking on eBay for anyone trying to copy my listings or the sites I am selling, and if I find that I will inform eBay and they will end your listing and potentially suspend your account.
