    Where does the e-book come from? Can you charge whatever you want for it? Are orders fulfilled automatically or do you need to mail out a link once they've paid?

    The ebooks and resource in the package come from various resource,yes you can charge what you want as you will own the site and have resell rights to the ebook,the orders are filles automatic through paypal,
