    Since the image doesn't encourage visitors to click on the ads and "Ads by Google" is very visible, I don't see why would it be against AdSense TOS.

    Are Photoshop PSD files included for the design? I have some concerns that the ad block on the home page violates googles policies so I would want to fill in the image and move the Ad Block elsewhere.

    If the Photoshop files for the design are included I will BIN @ $200.

    The PSD will come with the site without any surcharge :)

    Also, the ads stand on a background image and can be easily removed (I can do that before packing the website, if you want)
