Looking for Reliable Proxy Host for dedicated server...any recommendation?

I am looking for a reliable web host that offers the following:

- dedicated servers
- Cpanel
- 24/7 support either by phone or live chat
- permits proxy hosting on their servers with ability to use CGI and PHP proxy scripts
- based in UK or USA

I currently have two vps servers in the US which I use to resell proxy hosts and the vps's are not that great and neither is the support.

I am looking to migrate all my current client to one dedicated server.

 

Have you tried uk2.net? They seem to offer 10TB bandwidth guaranteed.

They dont specify that proxies are banned on their servers so I guess it could be a good choice.

I think I've seen proxies hosted on their network...but as always, spamming isn't tolerated (I have faced this issue on another provider).

Many people use proxies for spamming.
