    I could build it to $2,000/month income with minimum effort.. I mean within a month based on previous experience.. if you'd be interested in my services, of course, after securing the initial purchase price in full, I can spend a few hours with you, and first get it to $1,000/month in exchange for $5,000, and then later to $2,000/month in exchange for another $5,000... That would be an extra $10,000 above whatever the purchase price is, paid upon reaching each level.

    Keep in mind with only 4,000 uniques a day I've made much more than that.. so the above is at the absolute low end of what this site is capable of.

    Of course it isn't. That 300k site is worth 350k now. I'm actually discussing privately with someone regarding the site mentioned in that other thread in the 350k range.

    The one being talked about in this thread is a completely different site.

    It's a gaming website.

    btw, there is already an offer for $60,000 from an interested party I've dealt with before. The person is very interested and requests to be kept updated.

    Future offers will need to be in $2,000 increments. No BIN is set yet... and I will be waiting 3-4 days before closing to the highest offer.

    Friday was the first full day this has been on my server, and webalizer is showing 10k uniques. Once the Saturday stats are updated.. I'll post a screenshot of that here in the thread.. Weekends are expected to be more than weekdays.

    Saturday's stats updated. Image is attached. Keep in mind that this does not take into account the couple of dozen active subdomains, and only reflects traffic on the main front site. Friday's numbers reflect only ten hours, and Sunday is obviously still ongoing.
