I would like to know if theres any limit on the amount that you can receive in one transaction into your Premier account? I mean say if you were sent a payment into tens of thousands to your account or more.
There should not be any limit to how much money you can receive per transaction. However, be sure that you have all the proper documentations such as invoices, delivery note and proof of delivery to back up the transaction. Otherwise anything huge can be deemed as suspicious.
Thanks eddy, good points there actually, definately worth making sure everthing is in place, im guessing paypal would probably keep a close check on rather large sums entering an account, just through safety. thanks for the advice
there is no limit, as many premier guys make thousand, even in millions(think big time IMers with their glitzy product launch) but make sure you have you transaction records handy, and keep paypal informed before hand the transaction happens..
Thanks asianlunatic, il keep all of that in mind, your right too regarding keeping paypal informed, thanks for your advice.
When you do big transactions, use the merchant tools from Paypal such as the Email Invoice to do it or even the Buy Now button but never use the Email Send method. With the Email Invoice, you can sort of generate an invoice stating the product or services which you are selling.
Generally, payments over $975 are monitored by PayPal, so keep the note you deliver things only to confirmed PayPal addresses for huge transactions as delivery only to confirmed addresses are eligible for protection.
premier accounts doesn't have any limits, thankfully lol but in exchange you pay fees for transaction and by transaction records do you mean off line documents or the history of paypal payments?
Transaction records such as printed invoices, shipping documents and so on when you send the item to the customer. It is best if you can get a signature on the proof of delivery. The Invoices should indicate the item or services being offered.
eddy2099, thanks very helpful advice, i will remember that. inworx, thanks for your advice too, and handy that paypal keeps a close eye on things too. njoker555, its cool that theres no limit, true yeah the fees are unavoidable.
