    No I'm looking for someone to hand submit for me, I've seen people offering this service before though I can't remember where. I'm hoping I can get a recommendation from somewhere.

    I would have thought that anyone offering SEO services would offer this service for you. Must admit, I've never been asked just to provide a directory submission service so I've no idea how much anyone would charge for this.
    PM me if you want to discuss pricing etc - I'm sure we can come to a mutually agreeable figure.

    I do my own SEO, but I'm looking to outsource some of the simple stuff to save a little time.
