AdSense Referrals - What's your earnings from this?

    It's been about a year since I joined the AdSense and to be honest with you I didn't earn THE MONEY I was thinking I could earn. I made $1-2 and that's it. That's wy I got rid of them and left 1 block only. :(
    So, are you making good $$$ from the Adsense referrals?(including Referrals 2.0)
    If so - how do you do?

    I removed Referrals 2.0 recently...
    They are not performing well.
    Nobody is doing any good with them in fact.

    Yeah, it's now only best to have it on new breed sites, with new concepts.
    Wait for a new boom, this one left the building long time ago.

    For instance, post it on new websites that offer services for people that are just coming in from the 3rd world. It's for new webmasters, most of us already got accounts everything google.

    I average 1 ref per couple months. But my adsense rev is through the roof.

    I did make good amount of money from referrals, to be frank with you, much more than CPC. However, until yesterday, after they started the validation period, i started to receive around 20% of what I used to earn for each referral.

    I wonder if anyone knows how much will this period continue?

    Firefox is a good daily earner for me. Other ones suck compared to clickbank etc but I leave them up because every now and then I get a 30$ or 35$ sale.

    Over the last year-and-a-half i've made enough from the Firefox+Toolbar referral to buy 1 or 2 cars.. That's why they call me the FireFox Referral King ..:cool:

    so yeah, when done right, you can do ok with referrals..
