Yahoo China

Just wondering if you can view the Yahoo China web site with no problems (i.e. no need to download the Chinese font pack in advance, or see ????'s in the place of where the text would be).

    See:
    http://www.yahoo.com.cn

I'm using the same UTF Meta data but have Chinese fonts installed on my computer, so not sure what it looks like to the "average joe".

    Thanks guys.

I can't see it at all. I see square boxes where text should be.

    Looks fine to me.

Much cleaner than the .com version. :)

The only thing I can read is the Yahoo logo. Everything else is a bunch of boxes. Do you have the Chinese fonts installed or is my encoding not set right?

Thanks Crazy Rob for the reply. Unfortunatley, I only see the Yahoo logo and a bunch of boxes where text should be. I even updated and checked my encoding for other languages.

Yep you need the Chinese Traditional font installed. I thought it might come as standard on most pcs, but obviously it doesn't. Thanks for checking it out guys..
