    The content to add ratio seems a high on the add part, in my oppinion.

    my suggestion would be to make the visitors think your adsense is a part of your site, so they don't necessary know they are clicking on "Ads". Otherwise the ads are very overpowering and it would more likely cause them to click back then to click through.
