    I am selling a nice site for myspace users with lots of layouts, glitters, check it out to find out about the site www.wkxo.com

    I have no rev or traffic stats to show as my server that this site was hosted on went down for a few weeks. Its hosted on my new ded server now.

    If promoted to myspace users with bulletins etc, the site can get back way more traffic than before. I am in the midst of other projects and have too many sites to handle.

    LLLL.com domains are on the rise in value and this name is semi-pronounceable as well with pr 4.

    Just to add in, the word wkxo in google brings in 100k search results and it represents an AutoMobile Company as well as a Radio Broadcasting Station. Considering that most LLLL.com right now have less than 1k search result, this name is indeed popular.

    Highly possible that one day those companies may offer a big sum for the domain name wkxo.com itself.

    I am letting go of this site together with all its content and source codes for $300.

    Dont Mind but i think that you bought a PR4 Domain and then u installed the Free Script of Myspace Layouts etc. on it and you dont even have traffic and revenue report.

    Like I said earlier, to describe it, my site was hosted on a UK server, but the server went down for weeks and I was unable to get in contact with the UK server host.

    I have already shifted the site to my new US server.

    The price justifies not just the site but the name of the domain itself. For 100k search results in google for just the name, that is worth quite a lot for the name alone.

    I have lots of sites. This is considered one of my mini-site and my mini-sites are placed all together as one channel. I dont know how I can give the rev stats when several sites are together.

    To state this clearly, I am selling this with the price based on the domain and site value alone without counting in traffic or rev.

    If indeed this is one of you mini-sites, why would you risk your entire adsense account running ads on the homepage that are clearly against adsense TOS??

    you cant put images next to ads.

    If you selling the domain on the merits of the domains value, scrap the poor content and just sell the domain.

    I have already clearly stated that I have no traffic or rev stats to show in my first post.

    I am selling the domain which has 100k search results - extremely good for LLLL.com and site content for $250, that is where this thread belongs to in the BTS section under sites. I believe none of you could say I am a bait seller or scammer as my words are all legit and true.

    Maybe a clearer way to put it would be assume no revenue or traffic.

    I believe it is known that in the buy and sell section it is up to the buyer to price his sites and no one should be telling the buyer criticisms of the pricing.

    I had other LLLL.com registered near the time of this domain as well with pr, when pr update came those other domains dropped their pr except 2 of my domains of which one of them is this. Thus I believe the pr is true. I have had site with real pr but google doesnt display the back links.

    In any case, I do not want to deviate from the purpose of this thread. The purpose of this thread is to sell off the site at the price I set. If no one buys, so be it. I thank you for your advice about the price, however I like it where it is :)
