    How do I know whether my Tax information has been submitted or not.
    When I go to Tax information I see two columns, the right one with a "Continue" button.

    I think I might have filled out the Tax info but am not sure.
    How can I be certain?

    You would have had to complete the information after earning a certain amount of money. Google will not send payment without the necessary information. The right column is there should you need to change the information previously submitted, to resubmit.
