Because he's well know, well liked and well reputed. It's called favoritism.

Favoritism and the truth are 2 different things. It is up to the moderators to consider both sides.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. It's plain old forum rules. If it is widespread enough and enough people report a scammer then the admins will act accordingly. Don't ask me "how many is enough?" That's up to the admins to consider.

It is a little bit of favoritism in that they can see he is a big contributor to the forums in terms of posts and so will likely need a LOT of complaints to remove him completely.

He doesn't break forum rules in their entirety which is why he is still here. People like me can't get him removed because he, to the admins, hasn't done anything wrong (payment is handled by someone else).

If he keeps doing it, though, then he will be looked at in lesser regard.

I guess scamming more than a dozen people isn't enough.

So u mean member of his reputation can scam atleast 10 times (as he has 10 -ve feedbacks) before the ban.

I agree with with ur point.

I've seen many and many scammers that are not being banned at all only in very rare cases.

It's a problem that needs to be put right in my eyes. I wonder if the man himself (Sundaybrew) will come on here and post his thoughts on the matter?

Maybe he's in the buy/sell section working is "magic" on some other unsuspecting members...

Rule #1 of DP. Bribe the Mods and start scamming and scam as much as possible. Mods will even favour you and when someone starts a thread on you, Crazy_Rob will close it saying "You have been scammed, be scammed". Thats how DP works ...... (Sorry if it offended mods or whoever, but truth is truth, a member scammed dozens of people and so many threads about this and still he is continuing doing the same. All mods do is close threads and say something which means "Shut Up ! Let my buddy Scam")

THAT is the biggest heap of bullshit I've read in a long time.

#1 DP mods are not here to babysit - their 'job' (i.e. the volunteer work they do) is to keep the forum running smoothly.
#2 DP mods cannot become involved in financial disputes between members. Where the hell would it end? They don't have the resources or time of the FBI to investigate, which is what would be required to investigate even a single disputed transaction.
#3 Members are responsible for their own financial transactions and it is up to them to take all necessary steps to protect themselves.

Then why only the scammers with low reputation are banned.I myself have reported 4-5 scammers here and all were banned, the only difference is they all were having low reputation and itrader.Luckily i never dealt with Sundaybrew. As u can see many members have already reported him and he is still not banned. So this goes to shows that MODs do not behave equally with everyone.Scammers with high rep and itrader can scam freely here.
