    I'd prefer blogs or different types of content sites. Most of the traffic needs to be from the US.

    what about social networking site or online dating site? In my opinion, the next generation killer sites would be community sites. They will give you lots of money. Also you can make residual income with them with membership fees. Besides, selling advertising spaces. Well, the limit is only your imagination.
