    I am looking for msn publisher program but i dont know from where i can get this , so please let me know.

    And tell me that is it available for everyone or what ?

    Keep in mind that's the AdCenter pilot - i.e. Adwords competitor.

    There is not a publically available sign up (or private one that I'm aware of) for the publisher arm of the AdCenter program. The closest mention I've seen made of it was here.
