I used to purchase this kind-of hosting from a company about 2 year ago when i started my robotics sites, they were hold my site about 3 months, after one day they shut down my sites and noticed me I'm over-loading there HDD...

Well, If i do have unlimited space then how can i overload ?

But it's happens to all company who provide unlimited host for example : I were browsing a site today and found : http://www.linkedfile.com - same story... Unlimited hosting then one day company shut down.

By the way, the company I used to host with were having there own co-location and authorize.net/versign partnership

profithost, I am interested in the Reseller plan.. Would like to know what type of guarantee can you offer me on my money paid.. The last Reseller host had promised me a sure host and I was paid up till the end of 2007.. Now that host has busted down with their false promises.. Now my domains and websites are off in limbo land..

Can you give me something like a two month trial on the Reseller plan? If, I pay part of the total fee up front and will pay the rest of the yearly fee after I see that my websites will indeed stay running and live on your server, and not be on and off and out in limbo land..

And, how long have you been in business? Do you have a website for your hosting?

Well, A host that takes monthly payment will not terminate the clients account, because they are getting money in each month. Normally a host will not want to loose that client.

Also,

In the case of Lifetime host, Most of them have no office, no address, no telephone number, no bank account details .
They have only a paypal account for all.

And in PayPal,ofcourse we can open up a dispute. But If a transaction is XX days old ( I dont know exactly,but assuming <60 days), then the user will loose the permission for opening a dispute. So, after that, the LIFETIME host can remove his account.. The only thing they have to suffer is ,some mails from that client and the client will stop emailing after some days. So the case over!

I really hate those people , who are cheating their clients with Lifetime plans
