    Hi,

    I have only today established that one of my websites www.simply-properties.com is No 1 out of 31.5m in Google for the term " simply properties " My question is how can monetize the site ( apart from adsense ) I am also considering offering real estate companies the chance to advertise their properties for a annual or maybe monthly fee which was the case when I originally purchased the site.

    Any feedback appreciated.

    whats the possibility of people searching simply properties?

    Try to register with text-link-ads and sell links.
    If you have enough traffic you can setup adsense or another ppc system.
    Or (if you are sure in a potential of your visitors) try to talk to real estate agents and offer them this website.
    Of course it won't work if you have no traffic.
