    yes, you have to set up channels. This way you'll find out which zones of your site performs best.

    What you can do is check your stats very often and you will get an idea.

    If you check your channels you can get an estimate. If a page makes $5.00 in one day and you got 20 clicks you just divide the five dollars by 20 to find that it's .25 cents a click. That is only an estimate because it can change depending on how much the advertisers are bidding. The bids can go up or down depending on seasons, interest in a product or service, and other factors. Also it can change depending on the position of the ads the visitor is clicking.
    You can get an estimate, but won't know the exact amount.

    Even with channels, you might not necessarily know the exact CPC, especially if you start getting a lot of traffic.

    channels can't give you what you want..

    the best you can do is get the average...

    or better of, refresh you adsense report page every 5 seconds...if there is a new clicks...just substract the new earning with the last earning...
