Have you had any success with article submission or directory submission? Please tell me what search engine traffic you receive and after what timeframe. I want to know exactly what benefit they give.

 

By doing article Submissions in major article sites you will get more traffic & good page rank as well.It will take two days time to get approval for your article in any major article sites.Once its approved you can see the good results..I can't say exact time period but Its sure that it won't take much time.Please provide anchor text with your main keyword in resource box..

Directory/URL submissions is One way linking..here you have to submit your website to numerous directories..In some directories it will take nearly 1 month or more to get your site listed in it & in some directories it will take 10 to 15 days & in some directories your website will be added as soon as you submit your site...Once your site get listed in the directories the you can see the good results..

Not always. There are cases that you need to submit your internal pages instead of your home page.

This is also a strange advice. Although mass submission is "usually" not recommended, submitting to only one article site without any "special tactic" is like doing a triathlon with one shoe instead of a pair.

 

If you submit same article to more than One article site then the article will get duplicated.If you want you can spin the artcile & then submit it

 

Not being able to give me any specific figures like traffic is also not a good sign...

I've submitted the same article to several article directories. It's get duplicated for sure. However, for that keyword my website plus the article are on page 1 - results from no. 1 to 8. There are also results on page 2 to 5.

I get higher conversion rate. It seems that I'm the only expert on that keyword. People keep seeing my website again and again and again.

Content duplication is not harmless (profitable in my case) if you know how to attack back.

I don't see any argument on an article submitted to article directories such as ezine for duplicates. Nevertheless, ezinearticles.com checks the article for copies before they approve it. After that, they don't have any control about it, in fact, they encourage duplicating your article and of course retaining the authors biography.

I have submitted couple of articles to famous article directories and they do create tidbits of traffic. The important thing is, your articles stays where they are and will constantly provide you streams of traffic forever.

Are you sure??? How About Deep Linking? Of course you also want to optimize your internal pages not just the main page...

 

Yes I'm sure..If you want to Optimize your internal pages then you can make it through Social Bookmarking or any other processes except Directory/Url submissions.

 

You might want to consider a few paid directories too...this will help bring up your SEO efforts a notch.

Do a search on Google for the best paid directories to submit to as the list tends to change from time to time.
