(WTS) Poker Site With Unique Content and Potential

Hey guys, i started out as a webmaster making a poker resources and info site/potential large community - http://www.aintluck.com

Due to college and lack of resources I am thinking about selling this site to an serious buyer. It is pretty new and I'm not looking to sell it as a dummy site for someone but for someone who sees the potential and will make it into a premiere poker site.

Some info about the site:

-Domain - 10 months old and very brand-able long term. Good linkbaiting potential for a poker site. Some site and blogs have already linked to the site. Aintluck already has some good stickyness to it because of unique content and headache free design.

-Currently has over 800 indexed pages in Google. averages 100-150 visitors per day. Most likely be a pr3-4 on the next update (whenever the hell it gets here)

-Ran with a powerful yet simple commercial CMS with lots of features.

-Tons of unique high quality content, however site could exist on its own as a large poker community with supplemental extras.

-Site is currently optimized for high speed and functionality, although the shared server is pretty slow.

-Low revenue up to this point, no offpage seo other than a few directory submissions. and a few small site link exchanges.

If someone is interested in making a deal for this site i am willing to set up some extras for someone with the resources who wants to build it up and make alot of money in a lucrative industry. I can adapt or redesign elements. Add some more unique content or whatever. A person with some other poker related sites could also link up with this one and build very strong serp results for great keywords in the poker industry.

This CMS can also seamlessly integrate any major forum system and functionally integrate plugins such as "latest posts", "random posts" "login panel" "users online" etc. on any page, at any plugin position. I am also very good at skinning forums to match site designs. I had a community going at first and had to shut it down and focus on content because Its currently on a shared server.

Anyways, I think this could be a sweet deal for anyone who wants to work on a poker site that actually has potential to grow alot, yet can still be handled.

The site is very organized and easily customiable through an administration panel that can be accessed from any location.

Two questions:
1- Your 100 to 150 UV a day... are they from Search Engines? if so what keywords?

2- How much are you looking around to get for it?

Hes asking 2.5 - 3k which i think would be a good investment for someone looking to build a legitimate site or plug it into their network and strengthen their other established sites as well as aintluck.com...That's a little above my current price range right now though.

Good like with the sale addaminsane, really nice potential poker site.
