I was under the impression that the bounce rate was the percentage of people who visited only a single page on your site and then left. The opposite of "bounce" is "stickiness" so the stickier your pages, the lower your bounce rate. Lower is better. As the bounce rate is expressed as a percentage, it doesn't seem possible for it to be negative...
Bounce rate is really a key factor. In my website, bounce rate of some key pages are around 30%, others are in the 50-85%. In my opinion, bounce rate less than 30% is good, greater than 50% is bad
Like the temperature outside, there is no "good" or "bad" bounce rate. The economics of your site either allow a given bounce rate or not ... Have you run your website's numbers? If so, what are the website parameters (inc. bounce rate) that work for you and allow you to make money?
if u want to perfect report for website stat so you can register on trackyourvisitor.com and its Free thanks
