    take an action by searching in Google of the term "free seo friendly directory" or something relevent. You will sure get some best result for you.

    Pathetic Rank :D : basically its a link buying analysis algorithm that assigns a numerical weighting to a page by calculating how many links you bought!! the main purpose of PR is "measuring" how important is your budget :D

    If you are getting free links on a high pr directory, your site better have high pr. Most directories sort listings by pr, and if you are a pr 2 or below, your listing will be on page 20+ - which probably is not indexed and has no pr anyway.

    Anyway, here is a link to a directory list. Some higher PR's in it, but not many. Most established directories take 1 month+ to review free listings....

    in my opinion, it is very difficult to get list free in high PR directory, cozz so many submition, them review your site slowly, takes long time.:)
