General Web Directory for sale!

Hi,
I'm selling munkoo web directory (via paypal). I will need help transferring because I've never bought or sold a website before. Munkoo.com is a paid web directory and I'm selling it because I need the money. It is still pr0, but I'm hopeing for a much larger pr after the update. It has some great backlinks. www.backlinkwatch.com and I've bought many links for the site. It is ranked #54 in the paid web directories section of directorycritic. The domain is a few months old and it gets 30-50 pageviews a day.

Is is using PHPLD v3 with the link to phplinkdirectory.com
