That's a perfect dirty business practice

Moneybookers takes chargebacks as business risk so does Dynadot.com

When you put yourself as a middle man, you should be held responsible for both parties actions.

Why doesn't paypal take the buyer chargeback (specially when I offered proofs) as a business risk and keep my money ?

I know this can be abused but when they feel so (by seeing repetitive chargebacks being taken against same account)

they can put more efforts in limiting this if they want to

The fact remains that it's no secret that Paypal operates this way. They don't have to take on risks just because their competitors do. Would it be nice? Sure. But they're not obligated. As a business owner / freelancer, you are however obligated to know who you're dealing with regarding what services you use, and their policies, so you can make the best risk-based decisions for your business.

I have sent paypal an e-mail yesterday about the dispute and that I didn't get a reply on my proof and will be waiting for explanation

I considered my money gone away already - But just want to know how will paypal react about my proofs - eager to see their comment

I know but it happens everyday and it works perfectly.

Yes, if you have to deal with a person that has low itrader and low post count keep the transaction price down to a minimum. $200 is really a gamble with someone like that.

Paypal doesn't tell you what was the buyer's reason for the dispute - they just leave you defend yourself for untold accuse

adding more mystery to the thing and leaving you in a mess.

If they payed via their paypal account, then well withdraw all the money from your account and their screwed. If they paid with credit card via paypal, then well your screwed 99%.

Sounds like a giant mess! Why don't you try to give them a call so they can't blow you off?
