I have many links pointing to it,but for some reason google refuses to update the cache

    hello,
i have studied your site, you have done lots of keyword stuffing there.and at the bottom side you have put some hidden text. be careful and try to follow google guidelines.

I have seen that also. Your site contains lots of keywords like free, myspace and etc.

I believe you can use Google Webmaster tools to ensure that your site is cached more often.

google cache speed is only related with the power of backlinks.

i think you must also check your robots.txt and meta tags which may block indexing

Probably has nothing to do w/ google cache, but you may want to call all of that
    javascript
    Code (markup):
    remotely.
