    Hi Everyone:)

    I'm planning to open an ecommerce site in Los angeles.

    My question is, What kind of permit or license do I need to get???

    Can anyone explain me all the permit or license I need in order to sell product(Clothing) in Los angeles??

    What kind of license do I need to show to manufacturer or distributor?

    I'm not totally positive how it goes in LA, but here in Denver all I have to have is a Tax ID # and a sales tax license. You should have a tax id # no matter what so you can separate your personal taxes from business but you'll most likely need the sales tax license for collecting sales tax from customers in california.
