    btw great TT :)

    Use the DownloadHelper plugin for firefox, it works for every flash video and its the best.

    On most of the sites however you shouldn't be downloading(clicking play and watching the video on the site) and trying to download it through the plugin at the same time, it just won't start.

    The solution is to start it playing, then catch the correct *.flv file through DownloadHelper and then refresh or change the page where the video is downloading. After you stop the connection which downloads the video on the site the video in the Firefox Download manager should start downloading.
