In the Buy, Sell, Trade section of this forum it is common for things to be sold with re-seller rights. I know what re-seller rights are, I was just wondering if there was actually some type of form/ written agreement that came with these products (usually a template or design of some kind), or if having re-selling rights is strictly a verbal agreement. If this is a written agreement, where could I go to find one?
A license is included. Don't buy from someone who makes a verbal agreement to you saying the resell rights are included.
Thanks. But I am looking to sell some templates and things. So, where can I find a re-seller license to package with my sale?
Make sure the text is real too.. only people who produced the products can write these reseller rights.. and sellers can only give them out if they have MASTER reseller rights.
