    as matt b suggested, colourlovers is a great website to find decent colour palettes. there's also kuler from adobe and both let you download the pallets for you to import into photoshop. http://kuler.adobe.com/

    I tend to use Color Schemer. They have a good amount of variety (~3K I believe), and I think they have some very nice schemes.
