Link exchange, article exchange or one way links? which is better?

Hello. I have heard people talk about article exchange, link exchange and one way links. Which one is the best. I was thinking one way backlinks would be but I just want to make sure. If you mostly focus on one way backlinks should you through in link exchanges and articles exchanges too. I know they all help but which is better?

 

I would stick with One way linking and article submission. Link exchanges are so 2001...just kidding

Google is starting to crackdown on suspicious link exchanges, so be weary of that.

 

One way link is the best... It drives traffic too... Google love sites with quality IBLs rather than reciprocal LE... Actually LE are not bad if or unless not done in excessive way...

Article submission can give you one way links, exchange links with related website still helpful too, good luck

 

One way link is the best. You are receiving a link juice but you won't passing it anyone.

 

For one way link and article submission is the same you get backlink that's improve ranking.

 

I stick with one way link too., its really a big help to gain traffic at your site.,

 

Article submission will give you more natural looking links than LE.
