    I am interested in selling 1 of my better producing sites that
    has earned approximately $3,300 in Revenues YTD. Adsense
    revenues have been $2,600 year to date and affiliate revenues
    are estimated $500-$700 in 2005. The site has been live since
    Nov, 2003.


    I am providing general information below but will only be giving
    detailed information to those I feel are serious buyers. I will
    use my own discretion as I do not want anyone copying my design,
    content, templates, or scripts.

    Reasons For Sale

    Really twofold, 1) I need the money, I have some unexpected legal
    expenses with my son and just had 2 real estate deals fall apart.
    I either have to sell a few sites or go get an equity loan, which
    my wife is against.

    2) To be honest don't have the SEO expertise to know exactly what
    needs to be done to improve Rankings back to 2004 levels.

    I think for someone with SEO expertise this site could very easily
    make $1,000 or more per month ... and unfortunately I don't know
    how to get it there.

    Yes, I honestly believe for the right person this was a very good deal.
    There will be others coming with decent adsense and affiliate revenues.
