Hi, Have you guys created your page @ spamipedia.It works the same way as milliondollar wiki and the best thing is it is free.I just want you guys to look at it and lets discuss the business prospective of this site and I fee that this has good chance of making big. Haha, make it big, I set that site up as a spoof, I don't even have the money making pages on that site! It did cross my mind that if it did take off I may feel a bit sick about not including my own affiliate links on some of the better pages... then again, as the admin of the site I suppose I could pull a fast one It is starting to get more visitors and I have a couple of friends threatening to review it on their blogs so it may be worth you while adding a page or two... wont cost you anything.... other than a bit of your time...

Thanks, I originally did it to learn about wikipedia, and see how much (or little) effort was going into the Million X Wiki's... but people are actually starting to use it now which adds to the fun. Hoping to get a few more links into the site this week which may give it a bit of a lift... Anyway, it hasn't cost anyone any money (other than $14 for the domain) so there is nothing to lose with it...

Hmm not really, there is a big difference between giving something away and selling it for $100 !! The thing with these Wikis is that they were built with free / open source software and templates. SpamiPedia took around two hours to set up with no prior knowledge of mediaWiki. If you said 6 hours to add better graphics and modify the account creation you would have a Million X wiki.... I would imagine you could get one built for $100 on getafreelancer or elance. Then you have to be able to generate a load of hype (which is the hard part) before relieving people of their cash.... I would imagine very few, maybe 1% of pages recover the $100, one or two may make a profit. I think most of the people viewing these sites are looking to either buy pages, or just out of curiosity. If you were looking to BUY a product, would you look on one of these sites?
Yeah may be I will look,but my thought is if something is given free then they can be reached to people more easily!! so I am sure this one will hit the people
I hope so, it would be fun if it takes off and more useful to those that listed pages too. Its starting to get more hits every day now ;-)
