    Talking about a new website, what kind of stats i can post?
    And, one more thing: if the website is promoted for a regional audience isnt what benefits will have the buyer if he need the site promoted for his region???

    The website was made but i dont have time to take care about it. Its simple. I dont want to make a fortune selling it ! I just want somebody to take care about it and grow it up.

    No, it doesnt have BL`s. I think the buyer want his specific key`s in BL`s.
    But, in case is need it, i can offer 50-100 PR 4 3 2 BL`s (for some bucks, course)

    And isnt Godaddy domain, but thats not a problem
