Help required. $160 re-fund not able to get.

Hello.

I had contacted "BlindCat" regarding some SEO services and we had decided for some service at a particular price. I paypal'd her 160$ initially. But then the project never took off or started.
And now I'am not able to contact her. She is not responding nor she is replying to my IM's or mails. She seemed a nice person not atleast to swallow $ for nothing. And I hope she will refund the same.
I presume she has been busy or something. There are others who have give her itraders so I'am hoping if someone is around here who can get in touch with her.

When did u send her money? She may be busy with some other work but still its her responsiblity to contact u.

 

I did all that. I did mail her through the paypal mail id. the IM and the PM here.
I had sent the money more than a month ago.

I don't know what has held her up!

 

Send her 1-2 PMs check where she read ur PM (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/private.php?do=trackpm) if she did and u dont get a reply then wait for 1-2 days then file a chargeback in Paypal and Send a Negative iTrader

I initiated a resolution on paypal..

She may have problems with her internet connection. Her computer may have died.
