We provide fresh daily feeds of around 200K and up, bulk buys of 20MM and up, and specialty targeted lists in Million record increments. I have been mailing for quite some time now, and on our way to being an elite mailer, or at least striving to, I found my partner and I over the past five years forming a data company along with our affiliate marketing and webmaster venture. We along with other partners merged to Eclipse International, LLC and sell exclusive data to a small number of clients. We don't advertise, we only do word of mouth like referrals and such and people who find us on the web or through forums etc. We do this because obviously if data is whored out to every person on the corner then it would be worthless with a super low response rate and thus would ultimately be worthless for whoever had interest in purchasing it. We do a multitude of plans for our small group of clients in the form of per million records, daily feeds, base lists, and more. Before I continue understand that you need to be careful where you buy data from for many reasons. The top concerns being the 4 required legals of the opt in being complete and the second is the value. 280mm emails that are raw, unscrubbed and old can be worth far less than 2mm that are fresh, clean, and quality with a good response rate. I would never buy data from someone who doesn't really know what they are doing selling data and is not a professional at something that can be so costly and litigious. Not to mention if the records have a high bounce rate like hard bounces from being very raw and contain spam hauses it will get your ip's blacklisted and rip through domains much faster and take tons of time to clean and sort. It could easily get you under a class c block too on larger domains and so on. So, if you are looking to get into some real quality data for marketing we can provide you with data which is the one half of the equation and also with the other half: servers, software, ip's, domains etc. if you need them, as a package deal since obviously you need to make good profits to continue a data purchase from us. If you already set up nicely with what you have going and the volume, tracking etc. is working out then sweet. We just want to make sure you're making money. This just makes sense and is good business. Many data brokers don't do anything like us and they just say here you go, here is some raw data like 15mm records, and you have to scrub it yourself for spamtraps etc. and clean it and so on then figure out how to mail it and monetize it. The reason I am just checking on this and making sure all is well with your mailing prior to a data purchase, is that it reflects poorly on us if you get quality data, but then say it is crap just because you are not mailing properly. Some or our clients can do $6k of revenue a day off our feeds and some around $500 at the lowest. We have had a few that have lost money on it, only to find out that they were mailing from 2 domains with the same 10 ip's and using horrible software with old code and then they complained and when we got them set up right, they started making $$$ so now they have changed their tune. We send out around 20mm emails a day, from lists of 30mm or so which are constantly being cleaned sorted and replenished with new data as we get it. We use to just buy data from 2nd tier sources and other brokers, but as we grew weary of large lists, spam hauses, plaintiffs in lists, and un clean raw data, we decided to get together with other great data providers and sources and do more ourselves and thus move up in the food chain to see the results we desired. We get the data, we scrub the crap out of it so you don't have to, list mate it, sort it, format it and give you a nice pretty .csv or txt file (usually zipped) ready for import into whatever platform you are mailing with. We could get you up to around 12mm a month of quality data. Remember it is about quality and not just quantity as you know, and the quality requires the quantity for one to get the quality pulled out of it. Our data also DOB and location lot's of time, so can sort and not send home loan offers to 18 year olds and U.S.A offers to Australia and so on.
