    I know some of your are internet addicts (just like me). What is your common pain staying too long in front of computer? Mine is back pain. Now.. I feel it... need to walk for a while :)

    Invest in a good leather executive chair. Spend that little bit extra, it's worth it. I used to have a crappy office chair and as a result used to suffer from lower back pain and had a tendency to hunch. Not anymore :)
