    Hi,

    Can someone help?

I sent 6 eur to someone through MoneyBookers, the transcation worked OK but when I contacted the receipient (actually a DP member selling VCC), he told me that he didn't get the 6 EUROS.

    Is this normal with moneybookers?
    What should I do.

    TY for your help

First of all take a screenshot of the transaction and show it to your 'receiver'. Tell him to send you the good or you'll report him to MoneyBookers and to DP.

IS wired to scamm for jut 6 euros ..is just like one pack of cigars ..anyway Let's hope the received will send you the goods you paid for

The only reason I can come up with is that recipient has multiple email addresses and he has disabled the current one (the one you sent money to) , if this is the case he just need to enable that email and money will be in his account.

I don't think this is the reason as he is using this email on his website where many buyers send him many (daily I guess).

    Thank you for you effort

If that's the case then it is not normal. You should contact MB immediately and ask them what is going on. Emailing them won't help (if you want to solve this quickly) so call them and keep us updated what the actual problem was.

BTW are you sure you typed his email correctly??

Did you complete the payment by submitting your Date Of Birth? Does this transaction show up in your payment history? If yes then contact MB alongwith the Transaction ID number asap. I have never heard about such problem in MoneyBookers. Hope you get it fix asap.

The problem was solved, but I still don't understand what the problem was.

I think that Moneybookers gave us 2 transaction ID, so I did a test with a friend, I send him 1 cent, the transaction showed in my history with an Id of XXXXXXX0, and on my friends account history is was XXXXXXX1

I thought moneybookers stole my money... LOL
