Any good PPC search engines that accept gambling content?

I know Google, MSN, Yahoo and some others have banned gambling related content. I was wondering who, that's a good engine, still allows it?

Or is there a place to see a list of the top 100 search engines, globally? That would be good to know.

    Thanks.

    A gambling PPC search engine

    http://www.gamblingbonusfinder.com/

however they do not accept buying credits, you have to earn them.

you get 5 credits on registration (limited time)

You get 5 credits t refer other webmasters

you get % on clicks if you get a visitor to the site.. You can add search boxes to a sites.

So you have to earn credits and use them for keyword bids.
