    OK, I just tested the font and parts of it are almost definitely the same - but it looks like it's a hybrid of two fonts. It's a bit difficult to tell though as your gif sample is so small.

    ...seems a little reminiscent of the Def Leppard font hmmmm how often do you get to use reminiscent and Def Leppard in the same sentence? I'd also try http://www.fonts.com/FindFonts/SearchBySight.htm pretty neat tool to visually find fonts... if all those suggestions fail, I'd try grabbing a big thick texta and creating it yourself... reminds me of the front of my maths folder...
