On top of workouts at home, exercise bike, pump & step classes.....I absolutely love riding my bike on all the bike trails around my city. Some great hills, scenic views along rivers, through pine forests, or just around the 'burbs. Just on an 18 speed mountain bike....with GPS on my phone to guide me.

Depending on the terrain I can get either a cardio or resistance workout or both in the one ride. And for every excruciating hill going up I happily know then I have a great downhill run on the way back. :p

My passion for bike riding & travel has got me looking at an idea of a blog or site featuring on-the-spot-reviews of bike trails around Australia......kind of a "Billy Connolly Type Biking Doco" but on a mountain bike rather than a modded 3 wheel chopper. :D Great way to a tax deductable trip wherever I want to go. ;)

.....anyway gotta shoot.....got to go on another bike ride now....gotta love the internet marketing lifestyle

that be dangerous in and of itself can it not? if you are really hitting it, you need to give your muscles time to regenerate ;)

I do believe that at least one day of break should be given for the muscles to recover.

Remember it is not when you workout your muscles grow, it is when you give rest after workout your muscles grow.

That is a good feeling. I love the feeling of sore muscles. Proves you are working hard and deserve a break... I've been feeling it lately so I only did 1.5 miles this morning...

Yes doesn't it feel great. Especially if I do my before & after stretches......then the burn & soreness is burning fat & growing muscles. Had that feeling last night after a double dose of Step and Pump classes. :D
