Hey, I recently visited AuctionAds.com and I was wondering, has anyone out there used it before? If so, is it any good?
auction ads is based on ebay's affiliate program...think about how hard it is to get a click on adsense, think about how hard it is to get a referral for you to get auction ad money you person would have to click the ad, then win the bid for you to get paid. auction ads is best for high traffic consumer sites
Just do a search for "auction ads" here on the forum, There are tons of posts and threads with much info Hope that helps
Buggy very buggy. Ads often (daily) go way off the KWs. Keep checking EVERYTHING on which you have Auction ads running on. About a week ago every ad was for a boating related product! They need to keep the $25 sign up bonus and buy more server power.
I gave them 1 million page views this month and made 16 bucks, my advice is don't use it, it sucks, their are way better affiliates. ever since media wiz took over this site it has totally gone down hill..
Some have made MUCH more then that... there is one guy that made in excess of $500 last month, but I don't recall his impressions or clicks. My advice is, if you have the time, and some spare ad real estate, go on, give it a shot. The most you'll lose is some time. Though, I'd maybe not take the chance of replacing any ads that are making money. Too many folks have reported crap for numbers. It started to go down hill long before that...
With that amount of traffic you could of earned $1,800 with $1.80 CPM check out my sig if you want the site.
do you think it is possible that they are just collecting the clicks for themselves and building money to grow the project? doubtful but possible. what is the true advantage of using these guys instead of just ebay aff? at first it was very convenient and a lot easier that CJ....but not so much
I have earned some cash through my Ebay Affiliate links with CJ on one of my old sites, but decided to add auction ads to one of my blogs, but with little or no luck..
I've given it ~2k impressions (i know that isn't much) and have received 14 clicks for $0. I did refer someone and made $1.42 through them.
remember it can take up to 7 days for an auction to end. meaning earnings might not show up for 7 days. i was converting some good revenue, but was getting about 300+ clicks a day. i am a little upset with the downtime etc going on with the ads as well as them raising the min payout. the min payout thing doesnt apply to me since im making well oer 50 a month from it its just the fact that there was no min payout when shoe was running it.
I think we only get paid if someone buy some stuff and we got commision. If only a click. We earn nothing. right?
