Webmaster Tools Site Network- 4 Complete Sites!

Up for sale is a network of four websites:

    1. http://InstantTLD.com
Instantly checks domain name availability while you type. Checks for .com, .net and .info domains.

    2. http://SilentIP.com
Free proxy. Running off of phproxy.

    3. http://VerifyPR.com
Free Google PageRank checker. Instantly checks Pagerank, backlinks and Alexa rank for any domain name you enter.

    4. http://Short1.com
Works like TinyURL.com. Enter a URL to be shortened or masked and you will be given a Short1.com URL instead. URL's remain active forever.

All of these sites are linked to eachother in the top browsing tabs and themed the same way, so it almost looks like one site.

There are over 80 opportunities for affiliate links from these sites, including text links, banners, etc. ALL of the affiliate links are masked to be shorter and look nicer through a small PHP file that I created. (If you don't want to use it, you don't have to)

For example, if you go to Short1.com and hold your mouse over the top banner or the text links, you will see that the URL's appear like this:

    small1.com/go/topoffer
    small1.com/go/coupon1
    small1.com/go/coupon2
    ..etc
    ..etc

This should improve your clickthrough rate.

All of the websties are working flawlessly. The sites only went online 3 days ago and the only advertising I've done is a post on my blog and I inserted some of the links in my DP signature. So far between the 4 sites, they have recevied 281 visitors!

They all have a great potential for someone who wants to build the sites up. Because they have only been online for 3 days, I have some clickthroughs on the affiliate links, but no completed purchases, so no income as of yet.

All 4 domains registered at Godaddy and paid up until September 2008.

Accepting reasonable offers, but will sell all 4 sites at a buy it now price of $125.

Post your bid here or post SOLD to claim at the BIN price. Feel free to post questions, or email them to jrobinson @ sitefever . com

Buying them individually is not an option. They will be sold all together.

    Thanks

    I apoligize, I made a type-o in that post. The 4th domain is http://small1.com, not short1. *sorry*

As for the $65 bid, the owner can't come up with the payment, so the sites are still up for grabs!

Wow - Thanks for wasting my time. You sir are full of shit. You took the higher offer after you accepted my bid and the auction closed. Now I have to spend time getting my money back?

Hi, I will accept your offer of $65 for the 4 sites if you can send my payment via PayPal today. My paypal email is ----@gmail.com. Once I receive the payment, I will post that the sites have been sold, leave your itrader and transfer the domains to your name and give you the cpanel login information for all the sites.

    Thanks,

    John

John, I sent you payment and a short message via paypal this morning. Let me know if you have any issues. Thanks again, D.B. Smith

I received the payment but the funds are showing as uncleared for some reason. Once the funds clear and are available in my account I will be able to transfer the sites to you.

    John

some guy posted about "sending payment" ...anything I should be concerned with?

I don't know what happened there. So much stuff got mixed up. It looked like DP was down for a little while one day and I got everything mixed up. Some other guy sent me $80, who I originally thought was you and I forwarded the sites to. Then, I noticed it wasn't you and saw I goofed. I really do apoligize for this.

Please give me your paypal email address so I can issue you your refund tonight. I wasn't sure which transaction was yours.

Thanks so much and sorry for the inconvienience.

    John

    update:

From PayPal: PayPal on 9/27/2007 12:50 CDT
Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.
From Seller: Robinson Concepts, Inc. on 9/27/2007 12:50 CDT
This buyer bought a website off of me and when I received payment, I transferred the domain name to their account and sent them all their files, now he is trying to get his money back. If he gets his money back, that means that he keeps the domain name and website AND the money and leaves me with nothing. Many people try to scam people this way because once the domain name is transferred in their name there is no way to get it back. The domain name and website has been transferred to his name already, and I have documentation of this. He has received what he paid for and the domain name is no longer in my name. I can provide any necessary documentation.
From Buyer: D.B. Smith on 9/27/2007 12:14 CDT
Seller took higher bid after accepting my paypal payment. I have never recieved anything. I have other contacts between the seller and myself documented. I also can provide links showing that this seller has been deceptive to many other buyers. If seller refunds my $65 plus all paypal transaction fees I will consider this issue resolved. Thanks in advance. Link from the auction below. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=484963
