Where To Find Specific Blog Sites?

    I was looking for popular teen blogs (and webmaster blogs on another occasion).
    When I searched "teen blog" on Google, I got very poor results (mostly adult sites actually)
    Is there any big, trustworthy directory that lists blogs or any way I can just find the biggest (and w/ PR preferably) blogs in a certain category.

    Technorati is the place to go for rankings of blogs. It also lets you scrape the bottom for the new blogs out there.
