If that guy already removed those funds from his pp account then Paypal won't refund those money. so be quick to create a dispute.

What i can say is never work with 0 Itrader people, if you will you should ask him to send database or anything, before you pay.
Create a Dispute and tell about this situation, you will get your money

It doesn't matter if he removes the funds right away! you always have 15 days if I remember right to create a dispute. He will just get -50 in his account if he doesn't have any money it it. and when you sign up at paypal and agreed to the terms ( that you read :) ) you signed a contract stating if you have -$$ in your account your obligated to pay that amount. If it's a misunderstanding you have to contact paypal. Trust me on this, I know.

So don't think about opening a dispute, DO IT!!!!

    Best regards,

    WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING????

did you really close the dispute because he told you he was going to send the database!!!!
SO WHY DIDN'T YOU WAIT UNTIL YOU GOT THE DATABASE BEFORE YOU CLOSED IT?????

    best regards,

Yes it was a mistake but it was only $50, at least it wasn't $500.

Lesson learned. All i can say is that you lost your $50 (probably unless you can get it back) but he lost it big time. I mean for a measly 50 bucks. He can't even hold his own with that amount.

...but really i hope he comes to his senses and returned you that money.

Use common sense when you do have a deal with a 0 itrade. Don't get confuse and crazy.I have a strong believe all those scammer been staying here long long time with us (of course using a different nick). So just be careful in future. Thank you for this thread. Its really worth.
