    No you cannot , a domain cannot be copyrights , only content. How ever a name or phrase can be trademarked , ie myspace.com so if someone made like myspace.info they can eb sued for trademark violation. But it dosent look like mediafire.com is trademarked as it is farely exspensive , so you could by this and run a legit website.

    In minnesota, you can buy a trademark for $50 a year through the secretary of state. That isn't expensive at all?
