    Huge List Of Pop-Ups & Pop-Under Providers
The link for the links is at the bottom. Most website owners can use this!

These networks feature various sponsors with ads appearing in javascript pop-up or pop-under windows. A pop-under (also known as a pop-behind) is like a pop-op, but it loads so that it is underneath the main site window, and is thus less obtrusive.

Some networks display the pop-ups/unders when the visitor first enters the site, and others display a pop-up when the visitor leaves (sometimes known as "exit traffic" or an "exit console." Their code may set a cookie for "frequency capping" to avoid showing an ad to the same visitor repeatedly during a short period of time.

Casale Media - Leaderboards, skyscrapers, boxes, and pop-unders. Mostly geotargeted to the US, but also many international campaigns. Individually selectable campaign, including auto-approve with selectable restrictions. Pop-unders have adjustable frequency capping. Allows redirection of defaults. Very nice publisher interface. Based in Canada, but international publishers OK. Pays 70% of advertiser's rate. Min $25, Net 30. Check or PayPal. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

ValueClick Media - Their CPM arm comes from absorbing FastClick. Requires a minimum of 2,500 impressions per month, with a minimum click-through rate of 0.25%. Mix of CPM and CPC banners, along with pop-unders. Allows selection of individual advertisers and redirection of defaults to another network. Two tier. Offers payments by check or PayPal. International publishers OK. We have used this network, and have received payments.

FineClicks - Seems to focus on lead-based offers, with many in the Freebie and Webmaster categories, along with a few CPM and CPC ads, including pop-ups/unders. Also provides ads for email newsletters / eZines. Non-US publishers OK. Offers payments via snail-mail or PayPal. We use this network, and have received payments.

    PayPopUp -
Specializes in full-screen pop-unders. Offers up to $1.40 CPM. Minimum of 200 page views per day. Pay rates are better for traffic from the U.S. and for other English-speaking countries. Pays Net 15, with a $50 minimum, by PayPal or U.S. or Canadian dollar check. International publishers OK. We use this network, and have received payments.

PopInAds - Specializes in pops. Offers up to $2 CPM. Minimum 500 page views per day required. Also offers a 1:1 ratio traffic exchange. Category-targeted ads, only paying for traffic from U.S., Canada, UK, and Australia. Pays Net 15, with a $50 minimum, by PayPal or U.S. Or Canadian dollar check. International publishers OK.

    Ad Reporting -
Mainly CPA advertisers, with some CPC and CPM. Text links, banners and pops. Many freebie and giveaway type lead offers. They have their own optimized rotation to deliver the best performing ads for your site. Also does email newsletter ad placements. Based in Canada, but accepts international publishers. Over 90 merchants. Net 15. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

Blue Lithium - CPM, CPC, and CPA campaigns. Banners of various sizes, along with popups and popunders. Allows default redirection. International publishers OK. Pays publishers 40-65% of the advertiser's rate. Min $50, Net 30. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

Clicksor - Mainly focused on contextual keyword links. Also offers contextual text banners, graphic banners, popunders, XML feeds, and a search box. Min $50 for check, Min $20 for PayPal, Net 15. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

Allows international publishers, but pays only for US traffic. Allows redirection to a default campaign. Net 45, $20 minimum. Regular checks or PayPal. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

CPAffiliates - Mostly lead campaigns, including freebies. Also seems interested in CPC campaigns. Text links, banners, and popups / popunders. Has their own banner rotation system. International publishers OK. Includes Two-tier earnings. Minimum 5,000 monthly page views required. Allows some kind of email newsletter promotion. Minimum $50, Net 15. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

4 Meta - Banners and popunders. Claims to guarantee a 100% fill rate. Requires a minimum of 30,000 visitors per month. Net 30, minimum $50, by PayPal or check. International publishers OK.

7 Ad Power - Seems to only do popunders. Appears to be based in Italy, and serves to European and US traffic. Minimum payment 50 Euros, Net 30 (apparently you have to specifically request payment.) International publishers OK.

Ad Bonus - CPM and CPC. Standard banners and 400x400 Pop-Unders. Also some kind of email advertising. Pays by check or PayPal.

Ad Median - Offers banners, pops, search boxes, and domain parking. Two tier. No minimum traffic requirement. Net 30. International publishers OK.

Ad On Network - Banners, popunders, and interstitials, along with search listings. They call some ads, "cost Per View," but it appears that that actually requires a click-through. Also offers a "private label" system for publishers to create their own advertiser accounts. Net 30, minimum $200. International publishers OK.

Ad Power Zone - Seems to offer separate CPM and CPA programs, both totally based on popunders. Net 30, minimum $50. International publishers OK. Note that their site's copyright notice says "2002," and that the CPM program's signup link is broken when we checked on 10 April 07.

Ad World Network - CPM and CPC. Allows default redirection. Minimum payment $100, Net 45. Check or PayPal. International publishers OK. Owned by Interep.

AdsCPM - Specializes in pop-unders. Requires a minimum of 5,000 unique visitors per month, and 85% USA traffic (does not show ads to, or pay for, Asian traffic), but Non-US publishers OK. Offers $1.5-$2 CPM. Pays Net 30, with a minimum payout of $100. Offers payments via check ($5 fee), PayPal (free), or wire transfer ($35 fee.) Their site states that they are, "Brought To You By ValueAd."

Adviva Media - All UK / British advertisers. CPC and some CPM. Banners and pops. Requires at least 100,000 monthly page views. Appears to charge for defaults.

Affiliate Boss - Owned by the Find-It Quick search engine. Seems to focus on CPC text links, banners, and search boxes. Also offers popunders at $1 CPM.

    Dating Exchange -
A banner and pop-under exchange for dating/personals/matchmaking sites. Requires top-of-page positioning. Ratio and other details aren't clear.

    Exit Fuel - Defunct.

    Exit City - Pop-under exchange with a 2:1 ratio.

Experclick - Works on an auction concept, where campaigns are shown based on highest available CPM rate. Banners and popunders. Allows default redirection, and filtering of campaigns by category or specific advertiser.

FastClick - Bought by ValueClick Media.

GoClick - Offers $2.50 CPM for pop-unders promoting their pay-per-click search engine, along with a search-box affiliate program. Non-US affiliates can only be paid via PayPal. Alternately, affiliates can transfer their earnings to be used as credit for their own listings on the pay-per-click search engine.

Gorilla Nation - Focused on entertainment-related sites. Banners and popups/popunders. Allows redirection of defaults to another network. Requires third-party traffic statistics, showing a minimum of 500,000 page views per month.

Media Precision - Requires at least 10,000 impressions per day. Allows individual campaign selection. Banners and pop-unders. International publishers OK. Minimum payment, $15, Net 30. Paypal, check or wire transfer.

NetRift - Specializes in pop-unders. They state that you cannot use them as a default for another pop-under ad network, but that you can use them first in a default chain, so that another ad network's pop-under will appear when NetRift's ad doesn't (i.e. you can use them first in your default chain.) They state that they only count US/Canadian traffic, and possibly European traffic. Their frequency cap is one pop-under per unique visitor per day, and require their pop to be the only pop-up/under on the page. They only pay via PayPal (on the first and fifteenth of the month, for the previous calendar period.), And don't ask for a snail-mail address. The implication is that Non-US publishers are OK, as long as they can secure a PayPal account.

Pop Behinds - Offers frequency capping, entrance/exit pops, geotargetting, etc. Requires 40K page views per day.

Pop Up Ad - Based in the UK. Pays in US Dollars, GB Pounds, or Euros. PayPal, E-gold, check, money bookers or wire transfer payments.

Pop Up Sponsor - Offers $5 CPM. Non-US webmasters OK.

Pop Up Traffic - Offers $3 CPM for pop-ups and $2 CPM for pop-behinds. Non-US webmasters OK (with some exceptions.)

Rydium - Requires at least 1 million page views per month, although a few exceptions may be made. Allows redirection of default impressions. Includes banners and pop-unders. Minimum payment $100, Net 90. Based in Canada, but appears to pay in US$.

Web Hits Direct - Their site seems completely directed to prospective advertisers, and doesn't appear to have a publishers section. They have some relationship with Exit Exchange and Bravenet. Note that their copyright notice says "2005."

I've given you a +Rep for this post as it is full of info. Must have taken some time to put together if you had done it. I must say though there are a few that are not so good and a few that doesn't exist anymore.

    Good post though.

Edit: just followed the link and seen where it's come from. I'm just wondering if that's your site or not as if it isn't, then no matter if you've given credit back to the site, I'll still think the site owner may not like it as you've practically scraped the whole content of his page which would have taken a while to put together plus your post doesn't include his referral links to the sites if he has signed up to them.
